Why do I see an ad every so often?
Free users may see an in-app promotional break every 3 conversations. Era AI Pro is a monthly subscription that includes ad-free access. Existing legacy Remove Ads purchases remain supported.
I purchased "Remove Ads" but still see ads.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, use "Restore Purchases" in the app, or contact us below with your purchase receipt.
How do I delete my chat history?
Chats are stored on our servers, not only on your device. Where available, deleting a conversation removes it and its messages from the active database, but not separately stored feedback. Uninstalling does not delete server records or cancel a subscription. See our privacy policy or contact us with deletion questions.
